Knights Box Lacrosse is an indoor, box lacrosse club that specializes and emphasizes the teaching and training of authentic, Canadian-style box lacrosse. Knights players are taught to play the game correctly with an emphasis on substitution patterns and putting players in situations that meet their strengths at each end of the floor.

Knights Box Lacrosse puts an emphasis at the youth level on weekly individual and team training to build the necessary habits to play the box game correctly. At the high school level, 2 training camps coupled with our much talked about Skills & Concepts practices, work well for HS players to fit box lacrosse training into their busy schedule.

Most importantly, our schedule ensures that we don’t conflict with your commitment and loyalty to your field club or town program. The ultimate goal of the Knights is to create elite teams from a melting pot of the BEST club and town players in New England.
