BOX TRAINING FOR GIRLS

WE HAVE A BASE OF GIRLS, WE JUST NEED A FEW MORE GIRLS TO COMPLETE EACH AGE GROUP

We are calling for all experienced lacrosse players to seriously consider this ground-breaking opportunity to train with Knights coaches on Sunday nights in Norfolk.  We’re looking to teach the game locally at an affordable price that allows curious field players to learn what box lacrosse is all about and how it’s played.

We are confident within 5 years box for girls will become popular and Knights Box will be the place to go for quality box opportunities…..help set the trend!!

We are inviting the area’s best players in the following divisions to the box for our weekly training:

• Girls Peewees – grade 5/6 (31/32’s)
• Girls Bantams – grade 7/8 (29/30’s)
• Girls High School – grades 9-12 (25-28’s)

“WE ARE EXCUITED TO TEACH AND TRAIN GIRS IN OUR AREA TO PLAY BOX AT A HIGH LEVEL. THE ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO BUILD TEAMS TO PLAY IN GROUND-BREAKING GIRLS BOX EVENTS……..

BUT, IF YEAR 1 LOOKS MORE LIKE TRAINING SESSIONS THAN A TEAM, THATS OK!! PARTICIPANETS WILL HAVE A BLAST AND BENEFIT IN WAYS THEY DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND YET.  I'M CONFIDENT WORD WILL SPREAD AND WE WILL BE ABLE TO PROVID THESE UNIQUE OPPORTUNITIES FOR GIRLS EVERY YEAR!!”
